Design in Sweden today, 1948

About
1st Edition. Softcover.

Just a truly beautiful book, Design in Sweden Today (1948), edited by Åke H. Huldt and Eva Benedicks and published by The Swedish Institute for Cultural Relations, offers a richly illustrated survey of postwar Swedish craft and design. Huldt, a leading figure in Swedish design promotion, later co-authored the influential Design in Sweden and Svensk Form, cementing his role as a key chronicler of the era. A wonderful book if you want to understand that eras sense of design.
